With his Bachelors degree from The University of Calcutta, and Postgraduate credentials from Stanford University (USA), INSEAD (Paris) and The University of Surrey (UK), Mr Shezad Tincowree's academic  background is very diverse.

He is a management professional who has over 30 years of Management experience. He started as an administrative clerk and made his way to Executive Director of Sales and International Operations of a major conglomerate of Mauritius.

In 2001, he founded his own business (The Shamal Group) which currently spans over multiple areas of operations including sales and distributions, real estate and travel.

Ajmal Tincowree is a holder of a BA (Hons) In Management from The University of Nottingham. Ajmal was assigned the restructuration of Shamal Travels in 2013 and has since then reorganized Shamal Travels and positioned the company on the market as one of the key players in the industry and geared for significant growth over the upcoming years.

He also manages the Human Resources and Administration of the Shamal Group.
