This program follows traditional Ayurvedic principles, and inclusions are tailored based on your dosha (body constitution).

 

Specialized Inclusions:

  • Ayurvedic consultation with Vaidya (Ayurvedic doctor)
  • Daily Ayurvedic treatments, which may include:
  • Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage)
  • Shirodhara (oil streaming on forehead)
  • Basti (medicated enema) – for long-stay detox guests
  • Pinda Sweda (herbal compress massage)
  • Personalised Ayurvedic diet plan
  • Ayurveda herbs and supplements as prescribed

 

Optional: Inclusion of Panchakarma elements for longer stays (10+ nights)

Note: More intensive detox therapies (e.g., virechana, vamana, basti) are not guaranteed unless prescribed by the Ayurvedic doctor.
