- Book & Pay – Secure your trip with a minimum payment of MUR 50,000 per person.

3. Terms and Conditions for Mystery Voyage
- Booking & Payment:
- The minimum cost for participation in the Mystery Voyage is MUR 50,000 per person (with a minimum of 2 travelers required to book).
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the trip.
- Payments are non-refundable after confirmation, except as outlined under the cancellation policy.
- Travel Documentation & Visa Requirements:
- All travelers must possess valid passports with at least 10 months of validity remaining at the time of booking.
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents (passports, vaccination records, etc.) are in order.
- The travel agency will provide guidance on the visa requirements, but it is ultimately the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid and available at time of visa processing.
- Health and Medical Conditions:
- Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns in the booking form.
- The travel agency reserves the right to cancel bookings for individuals who do not meet the travel requirements due to health concerns.
- Special Requests & Customisation:
- Any special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, accommodations for health needs, specific activities) must be disclosed at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
- While every effort will be made to fulfill personal preferences, due to the nature of the Mystery Voyage, requests may not always be accommodated.
- Travellers are encouraged to provide details of any special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) so that appropriate surprises or special touches can be arranged.
- Trip Details & Destination Reveal:
- The destination for the Mystery Voyage will remain undisclosed until the day of departure. Packing hints will be provided to help travelers prepare, but the exact destination will not be revealed until arrival at the airport.
- Travellers agree that part of the enjoyment of this experience is the surprise element of the destination and will not request early disclosure of their destination.
- Cancellations & Changes:
- If the travel agency is forced to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, global health issues), an alternative arrangements will be offered.

- The agency reserves the right to alter or change itineraries, including accommodation and activities, due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated as early as possible.
- Travel Insurance:
- Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and other trip-related issues.
- The travel agency is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to flight delays, cancellations, or any other travel-related incidents beyond its control.
- Liability and Indemnity:
- The agency will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the trip.
- Travellers must agree to hold the agency harmless for any incident that arises during the trip, whether in terms of transportation, activities, accommodation, or other services.
- Data Privacy & Security:
- Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of planning and facilitating the Mystery Voyage trip.
- The agency will not share personal information with third parties without the traveler’s consent unless required by law or necessary for the trip (e.g., visa applications).
- Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising out of or related to the booking or the trip will be handled by mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the travel agency operates.
- Travellers agree to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith before seeking legal action.
- Use of Images and Videos for Marketing:
- Traveler Consent for Media Use: By participating in the Mystery Voyage, travelers agree to allow the travel agency to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes (including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements).
- Traveler Content Contribution: Travelers will be required to share their own photos, videos, and content from their Mystery Voyage experience (e.g., during activities, meals, sightseeing) on their social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).
- No Compensation: Travellers acknowledge that no additional compensation will be provided for the use of any media content shared or captured during the trip, except for any benefits outlined in the promotional offer.
