Visit the Lal Bagh, see the Peninsular Gneissic Complex that is home to a 2500-2600 year old rock. You will also visit the brilliantly painted and carved summer palace of Tipu Sultan, the Bull Temple with its monolithic bull statue and drive past the government buildings.Overnight in Bangalore.
Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Mysore.On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight in Mysore.
After breakfast proceed for city tour of Mysore. Visiting the Maharaja’s palace built in 1911-12. The palace harmoniously synthesizes the Hindu and the Saracenic styles of rchitecture with archways, domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures, which are truly magnificent. Visit the art gallery and drive up to the 1062 m high Chamundi hill to see the Chamundeshwari temple with a panoramic view of Mysore. On your way back, see the 5 m high Nandi Bull carved out of solid rock in 1659. Overnight in Mysore.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Ooty. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight in Ooty.
After breakfast proceed for city tour of Ooty visit the Botanical gardens established in 1848. There are over 1000 varieties of plants, shrubs and trees among beautiful lawns and glass houses. There is also a 200 million year old fossilized tree trunk. See the Ooty Lake, where boating is a popular pastime, and the Doddabatta Peak which at 2623 m is the highest in the Nilgiri hill. Overnight in Ooty.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Munnar. Overnight in Munnar.
After breakfast at the hotel proceed for a city tour of Munnar. Sightseeing in Munnar covering Mount Carmel, Mattapetty Lake and tea museum. Overnight in Munnar.
After breakfast, full day at leisure to enjoy the hill station. Overnight in Munnar.
After early breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady. In the afternoon proceed for a boat ride on Lake Periyar. Overnight in Thekkady.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey to board overnight house boat. Enjoy the backwaters of Alleppey. Your food will be cooked on House boat.
After breakfast disembark from the house boat and drive to Cochin. On arrival check in at the hotel. Later proceed for cit tour of Cochin. Visit the Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue and the cantilevered Chinese fishing nets, See St. Francis Church & the Santa Cruz Church. Evening you will visit a local theatre to watch Kathakali dance performance. Overnight in Cochin.
