Munnar is the largest tea-growing region of South India. It’s green carpet of tea plantations clipped like ornamental hedges are a sight for sore eyes. The undulating hills, green with tea and other plantations, pleasant climes, and the veil of mist covering it all gives Munnar an ethereal and almost fairy tale like character.

Eravikulam National Park
Munnar is among the crown jewels of God’s Own Country and has attracted visitors from around the world for centuries due to its natural splendor. Hidden inside, lies the famous Eravikulam National Park, the home and sanctuary of the Nilgiri Tahr.
Top Station Munnar
Top Station is located around 32 km away from Munnar, on the Munnar-Kodaikkanal road, at a height of 1700 meters above the sea level. This place falls on the border of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, and so it offers a clear view of the panoramic Western Ghats and the valley of Theni District in Tamil Nadu.
Echo Point Munnar
Echo Point in Munnar is a popular tourist spot among the picturesque Nilgiri Hills. It lies on the banks of a serene lake and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and evergreen forest cover.
Tea Museum Munnar (Closed on Wednesdays)
The KDHP Tea Museum is an industry and history museum situated in Munnar.

Known for its languid stillness, Kumarakom is a verdant tropical paradise located on the banks of Lake Vembanad. Backwaters, birds, and boats bobbing up and down are sights that greet you here.
